Delivery — Please Read
We offer a free delivery service within 50 miles of our South Yorkshire store. Beyond that we have a small charge of £50 which we will confirm when we call to arrange a date with you within 24 hours of ordering.
All of our beds are bespoke, handmade to order. They are not stocked — upon ordering, your bed will be entirely made from scratch, bespoke to your chosen options.
Should a bed not fit upstairs, this is not a fault of our own, and we urge you to check your access before ordering, as it could incur further costs to get this resolved and/or exchanged.
All measurements are as true as can be, but as beds are handmade bespoke to order, each individual bed will be ever so slightly different, so please do measure and allow for slight tolerances.
Once a bed is delivered, should any damages have occurred in transit or in production mistakenly, we ask you to check it over and report them to us within 48 hours.
